How long will it take to receive my order?

After placing your order please allow at least 2 weeks for your order to be made and shipped out to you. Every set is hand painted which takes time. A tracking number will be sent to you via email when your package has shipped.

What is our Return Policy?

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for hygiene purposes (This is why it is very important to look at the size chart and find your proper size). If you have any further issues with the condition of the product upon arrival, Be sure to fill out a form on the contact page of the site.
